Well we give you manual directory submissions and i think this you can check this by only checking the speed of confirmation/link recieved emails from the directories.Let me know if you have any other option to check this.

We need around 18 days to complete a 1000 submissions order.Now we are giving a new 1000 directory submissions order which includes a featured permanent lifetime listing in 20 web directories.

I didnt get your question here, what do you mean by guarantee? We give manual directory submissions services and we dont give any type of guarantees.
