    Barely ever worth it, unless you can link exchange with an authoritative site that ranks very well for keywords in your niche.

    Anyway, I find most of their website don't have the exchange link part, are they hide in some where difficult to find manually?

    Well you can check other sites relevancy, backlinks and PR and then you should approach them for link exchange. Its a good practice for getting backlinks.

    Quality link means is getting links from unique content and website should have good PR and less OBL.
