Is PR2 & PR2+ is the PR for the main page or the link/resource pages? If the main page is, say PR3, but the link page is PR0, wouldn't the back link counted as from PR0?

I have tried a lot on this issue.But still failure to do so.

I have built 25 one way links and 25 reciprocal links (max links are pr 2 onwards and google cached) for my site (within a day of it's launch)..

I have been running google adwords from the time of it's begining..

I have submitted my site to google also...

Though it has been indexed after 23 days now (though only one link is showing when i am searching for link back for my site in google)...

Since you gave me a explanation i will first try your service and i want to check the quality.
So i will take 25 links from you assuming the discounts comes in and i want to see the PR2 homepage links , different IP relevant links.
I dont want link farm, link pages links
