I want to hire one individual to work for me on an ongoing monthly basis. If you like to do quick work that doesn't demand much of you, please don't read any further. If you want to make a quick killing making poor quality links for a few hundred dollars, please don't read any further. If you want to take someone else's content and spin it off to other sites - same thing. If you have automated software that you think does what I'm asking - same thing, because it won't. But... If you're honest, have a good work ethic, know how to get good links, and can keep going month after month, please read on... The pay is $300 per calander month ongoing. Your job will be to work on link building for my various websites each week. I will expect you to build links for my websites using all of the following methods... 1. Asking other 'same theme' sites for a link (which is the best kind of link possible) 2. Trading links with other 'same theme' websites (which is the 'next' best kind of link possible) 3. Blog Posts 4. Unique Article Creation and Submission 5. Analyzing my competitors backlinks and providing me many of those 6. Any other method that is productive I'll give you an email address from the main domain if it helps. You will not be paid per link. You are expected to put in at least 4 hours per day, 5 days a week generating links for my various websites. If I feel that you work is not satisfactory or you are not completing enough work then we simple will stop working together, so please make sure that you do top-notch work. The majority of your focus will be on a major chess site, this site will require literally thousands of links over time to many different pages in the site. You will also be working on providing links to other sites too. You will not be working on each site each week. Typically half of your time will go to working on the major chess site, the other half will be split on 3-4 other smaller sites. Each week I will email you a list of things that I want done that week as well as the sites that I want it done on. I expect the person that I choose for this job to care about the success of my sites. I will only stick with you if you are providing services that are bringing me targeted traffic. I want you to think what you would do it this was your website and then do it. Quality links built constantly is what I need. $300 may be less than you would sell the services that I expect for here on DP, but I will be paying you month in and month out, $300 each and every month. This is $3600 per year for part time work which for many countries is handsome pay. We will communicate via email and skype. I will pay you at the end of each month via paypal. If you want a weekly payment for the first month, I can do that. Before I pay you you will email me a list of all the work that you have done that month and I will verify it. Do not just PM me and say "Can we work together..." or "I will build links for you".
