    Im currently offloading a number of underdeveloped sites which we have had built in the past and never promoted and I want to focus on just 1 site . The site currently makes around $500-$750 a month from hosting referrals and the only way we promote it is using long tail 3rd tier PPC engines (around $50 a month)

    The site is listed by all major engines and is a predicted Page rank 4 on its next update so it’s got good foundations to build the site up. We are also expecting a DMOZ listing in the next couple of weeks for the site which again should improve its traffic

    The site really needs someone who can spend time on SEO and possibly play around with PPC etc to get the real benefit from it. The site has a great layout, unique content and runs itself.

    I would be happy to answer any questions you have, I can show some revenue screenshots but as its got the same tracking URLS as some of our other sites its hard to show exact figures (i.e. our affiliate stats show all sites revenue not just this one)

    I will also help the winner set up PPC and provide keyword lists etc

    Site is currently pending sale at BIN, no sense in bidding when theres a pending BIN.

    How do you know its pending bin? yoemanspiffy post? gkid101 never confirmed a BIN sale.

    yoemanspiffy said he will BIN if stats can be confirmed, so it is BIN pending the verification of the stats.

    If you call BIN now you will still be behind him, because he is merely waiting on verification.

    I'm not the thread starter but this si how I understood this. If this was my auction and someone said I will BIN pending verification of stats, I would take it as a BIN as soon as I provide screenshots.

    Ok, I have had a lot of questions asked and a few people looking for more information. As stated in the listing we used the same affiliate codes on over 15 sites but this is the only one which we never offered a gift in return for signing up so we know numbers exactly

    I listed this site to sell it so thats what im going to do :)

    To get things moving Im going to start bidding @ $50 and the person who bids the higest in the next 24 hours gets it!
