Buying Quality Flash Banner Needed

    I already have a banner background image that I want to use for the banner. I need a flash expert to make a nice simple flash animation on it that uses some kind of XML or PHP or whatever to load different messages specified from a Mysql database.

    I still need a coder for this project.

    Something like what's happening on fileplanet's homepage:

    Different messages or images or HTML, whatever is loaded from I assume XML? or a mysql database somehow. But that is what I am looking for.

    Yes, like fileplanet and ign have the same thing.

    If you look here I'm basically taking the "What's New" on the right and putting it into a flash banner where the tank is in the banner.
