UPDATE: famousdipz has sent me a PM just an hour ago saying that he was very busy so could not do the submission work... He says he will do it soon. I hope he is saying the truth. Lets see what he does. I will inform all of you of what he did in the next 24-48 hrs. I got 40 quality submissions 1-2 days back. I asked him to do 50 submissions each day. But he did first 50 (out of which 7 were not ranked and 3 had PR 0, rest all were PR2+, so I said 40) and then stopped sending the reports. He has to do 555 submissions for me. Dont know what he is upto.... But one thing I will say that the 40 submissions I received were quality ones with PRs upto 6 (or 7 i suppose). Hope he does some more for me . Thanks.
