I am working very hard on submissions through this forum and my website so PM and/or email response times in many cases may be an hour or two.     I'm not happy either, took him 3 days to hand in submission report, I checked his social bookmarking profiles, my site was no where to be found. Also checked deep link submission report, most of the links were submitted to the same websites several times. It is pretty sure he uses automatic submission system that doesn't really work the way it should. I'm working through paypal to get money back.
