2 full time writers producing quality content fast... Who am I? I'm Keith, the owner of the company that uses this Digital Point account (originally created as, and still is, an account to advertise "ArticleVixen's" various Internet services). I'm an online marketer, probably much like yourself to some extent. Do I write? No. I have 2 native English, female writers that write for me. They write exclusively for me and put in eight hour days when enough work is available. I only need them for maybe two at present (hence this opportunity presented to you today). From 124 potential writers down to these 2... I've worked with 100+ writers, and I have widdled it down to these 2. Few make it past their first submission to me. Why? They either quit because my rules are too strict or they don't pay attention to detail. I run a tight ship. I wan't quality content fast. I want it to adhere to the exact specifications that I asked for or I just don't want it at all... If I want a related royalty-free image to be included with the article, it has to be there. If I want the HTML for that image put into the file, it better be. Standard stuff like content being non-CopyScape passed, or having "special characters" that don't get rendered by the browser, will soon put the writer out of a job. They don't submit content to me without being certain it matches the criteria and rules for that particular article. If I want the title in all caps, that's what I get... If I require 2 "subheadings in sentence case" that's what I get. If I want certain keyphrases used within the article at least 2 paragraphs apart with the proper HTML to render them as links, that's what they deliver. You get the point I'm sure. Mind you, I treat them very well despite how it sounds. They receive advances, and always get paid extra when they submit their work within 2 hours of assignment. They are ALWAYS encouraged to do this and rewarded appropriately. I don't fuss when there are some minor spelling mistakes. My editor corrects those really quick if they come up. But they know not to submit an article that doesn't teach the reader "something". It HAS to provide value in some way or I don't want it. I don't give a writer a second chance that doesn't do that from the first article they write for me. That has to be their natural "mode" or I don't want them. Are they experts in all fields? No. Can they write on any topic? Yes. Their writing process is simple, or it seems simple on the surface. They "learn" about the topic from a variety of sources. They read news articles, press releases, blog posts, reviews, wikis, physical books!.... you name it. Then they close their browsers and write. They make reference to their sources if appropriate and if needed. While they understand the need to keep the information "succint" and "digestible" they may (and often do) go over the number of words required unless they are told specifically not to. They don't get paid extra for the extra words, and they don't mind. Why do they do it? Usually because they feel that there is something "key" that should be present in the article to make it "complete". Writing Examples: Here's an example from one of the writers: http://www.slideshare.net/rawfoodmichelle/comprehensive-guide-to-harvesting-pine-pollen Here's an example of a news article that was shared like crazy on Facebook: http://www.naturalnews.com/035400_juicing_cannabis_remedies.html My writers know enough HTML to format the articles if I need them to and they are trusted to login and publish content for me. Do you want someone to help you with all/some of this? We have 12 hours of "article work" each day to fill. My writers are quick AND good. I keep them employed and keep them paid. However, they will be happy to share their talents with any of you. They tasked me to deal with this end of it so they could do what they do best... which is produce high quality content in record time.
