Ordered 2 articles in the beginning of the December 2010 from this seller. First off, he forgot completely about my order (had to remind him after 1 week or 2) so he offered me a refund. Its been more than 2 months since than and I havent received my refund yet (nor the articles) despite sending him 2 PMs. Reliable? No. Fast turnaround? No. Great customer service? No.
