Like the title says. I need one more quality designer, who I can turn to for quality work. I've been building up a team of individuals who I can trust for work which won't embarrass me. I'm not looking for someone who knows how to do a gradient in PS. I'm looking for someone with actual artistic ability, who has imagination in design, and can create a blog design which is worthy of the best galleries. Real skill in PS is required, and if you're handy in Illustrator, it would probably help (but not essential). Please don't contact me, unless you've a portfolio of some description, which can prove your ability. Preferably, you will be desirous of on-going work.
If you can code well, I don't mind. However, it seems there are few that are very good at both, so I'm just looking for a psd.
