    Good ranking in Search Engines, High Authority, High PR (if possible!), good number of QUALITY backlinks and of course as low number of Outbound links as possible! ;)

    relevant links
    natural links
    slow link building
    links from authority websites
    regular links
    links obtained from providing content
    links should send visitors to your site

    Quality Backlink factors are
    1. Backlinks should come from high pr sites
    2. Backlinks should be dofollow links
    3. Backlinks should come from relevant category sites
    4. Out bound link should be low in the site
    5. Backlinks should come from high authority sites
    6. Traffic should be there from that backlinks

    The best Backlinks are the ones that are still on after 24hours :) Of course there are so many factors that are coming after but first of all you must have them ON.

    Back link should be thematic/ relevant, having high page rank with low OBL, and better Domain authority and page authority.

    Before you decide to contact some website to get a link there, consider such its qualities as:

    - relevance of a to your site category;
    - trustworthiness of a website;
    - amounts of traffic a website gets;
    - site authority (Google Page Rank, Alexa Rank, domain age, etc.);
    - site origin (important if you want to promote a website locally).
