I don't care too much about PR. Actually it's not a big factor.

Search for any keyword on Google and go through the first link. Now check the PR of the page, I'm sure you'll get the PR of the page is between 2-4. So why other pages which has more PR than it, isn't the first place?

So, don't think too much about PR, concentrate on creating quality backlinks and fresh content.

just post you blog post 2 post in a day, and 40 backlink in a day,.doit every day n watch in next google update

 

or this website has done 301 redirect and you dont see it`s backlinks.

If your focus is getting PR2 for your blog just create back links for your website as many as you can. It will be much better if you can take links on higher pr sites then your blogs and create one back links for your blog.
