There's no list... You write and prepare articles to be spun by their script, select 30 blogs and your spun article will be posted to those blogs - +/- 4 blogs/day.

Lots of FTS members submit their blogs to get automatically articles posted to them. It's a kind of alternative to unique article wizard with the added benefit to get bonus links even if you don't write and submit articles.

Hope it'll help - but maybe I didn't understand what you meant by "article submission list"? (it's past midnight here, lol).

 

Articles are great and manual submission to quality directories is a good strategy also. I use a program called WEB CEO for Optimization and Analysis of my sites. Its free and it has an auto submitter on there that will get you about 100 backlinks in one submission. Its mainly directories and search engines, not sure about all of their quality but its a quick way to grab about 100 backlinks.

Quality back links should have following criteria.
1. Your link partner website should be on same theme.
2. Your link partner should have good google page rank(google toolbar rank).
3. your link partner should not have more than 100 links at that page, where your link is about to place.
4. your link partners page should be frequently cached and crawled.
5. Your link partner website should carry some good quality backlinks.
There are so many criteria for quality link building.
