All about the Dragon Ball anime series

When it comes to dragon ball who could forget its lovable characters and amazing story! For those of you young-lings who did not get the chance to see this amazing anime show let me take the time to give you some key points and introduce you to some back ground. Akira Toyriyama was the genius who created the dragon ball anime series that was based on his best selling manga dragon ball. It is all about a young boy named goku who was raised by his grandfather in the back woods. Young goku is at age 12 when we first meet him. His traditional wardrobe is simply a blue sleeveless shirt and some blue pants. Goku meets up with the young 16 year old bulma who is on a quest for the seven magic dragon balls.

The dragon balls are seven magical balls that are scattered all over the world. It is legend that when these seven balls are collected and placed together they will summon a powerful dragon known as shenron. Shenron has the power to grant one wish, and that wish can be anything.

Each dragon ball has a star that represents its number. There are seven balls so the first ball has one star, and the seventh ball has seven stars. As mentioned above all of them have to be grouped together before shenron can be summoned. Also a specific chant or battle cry has to be screamed in order for the mighty shenron to appear. He can be described as being impatient and a bit rude at times. His policy is make your wish and let be over with. After granting a wish he says â€œYour wish has been grantedâ€ or â€œYour wish can not be doneâ€ There is a policy with bringing someone back to life with the dragon balls, it can only be done once.

This is bluma she can be considered the female protagonist of the dragon ball series her main role is to be a supporting character and to help goku locate the dragon balls. She helps find them with her dragon ball detecting device the dragon radar. She is more of an over controlling big sister to goku than a friend. Considering goku can be a bit foolish and rash she often steps in to handle anything that his child mind canâ€™t deal with comprehend. In their relationship goku is the muscle while bulma is the brains.

While on their adventure the two seem to learn to get along and depend on each otherâ€™s skills. Their relationship as a whole can be seen as a bit ironic because of how they first met. While bulma is searching for the dragon balls she accidently hits goku with her carâ€¦ goku being raised in the wilderness does not know what a car is and thinks of it as being some kind of monster. He instantly goes in to attacking position and tries to destroy the car. The image below is exactly what happened!
