For submitting an article to article directories I would suggest that articles in general are of 400-600 words (isnare) many good article directories have word limit and do not accept articles with 250 words or so. Also, ezinearticles takes nearly 1 week time, where as many article directories take 2-3 days (goarticles, etc) time for approval. Proper formatting, linking is important. Few good directories like ideamarketers, articlebin may approval. Other good article directories are articlesalley.com, thewhir.com/find/articlecentral, a1articles.com, amazines.com, searchwarp.com, sooperarticles.com.

hi there can't be any perfect list .. you have to continuously observe the sites in which you have submitted your articles and also need to check that how much articles get indexed in google. and that way you need to eliminate bad sites and have to update your list each year or may be for every six months if you need more accurate list than every three month ...
