Quality Article Submission Sites

    I am looking for a good list of PR3+ Article Submission sites

    I know there are numerous across the PR range - but does anyone have a list they use with good effect and that produce results?

    article city is a pr5
    article dashboard is pr5
    ezinearticles is pr6

    But try some of the social writing places like
    Squidoo is PR7
    Hubpages is PR6
    Bukisa is a PR5

    Main thing is, read each sites TOS because none of them like spam or overly promotional articles.
