Quality and cheap work ( forum posting, directory submission, Yahoo answer etc)

I am contacting a few writers to see who will best fit my article needs. I do require original
written articles. they must pass copyscape 100%. What is your current rates? how
well do you research what you are writing? how well optimized are the articles? can
you provide long tailed keywords, and proper SEO keywords for max results? of course all
articles written for me must be proper english, grammer, etc...if i start with 2 articles/week
can I expect them on a certain day, IE: saturday.
