I'm thinking about starting a new web site in the next few weeks. I've done all the usual brain storming and I have been toying with the idea of starting a kind of self help / self improvement site. My site will feature affiliate products along the lines of... *Hypnosis stop smoking *Hypnosis lose weight, self confidence, relaxation etc. Now, I've checked out a few affiliate programs for such products. Though I must say what they are offering looks and sounds like crap. This causes me a problem, I don't feel good promoting products that are low quality rubbish, for a few bucks! I'd love to be able to promote high quality products from such people like Paul Mckenna, Richard Bandler, and Glenn harrold. Is there anywhere where I can get involved in such a program? My site will fund itself by affiliate sales + adsense. If I can't find any suitable products to promote then I won't set up the site, because I need it to be and feel right. Thanks in advance.
I think the ideas is a sound one, especially given that there isn't that many sites like that on the net (that I know of anyway). The key to the site success (or any site or niche for that matter) is to have unique contents that you cannot find at other sites, if you can have a considerable number of original materials there, you will get the traffic, and if you get traffic, some will click on your affiliate links hence you will make money.
