    Have a high quality unique niche adsense site, earning $100-$150 a day, I'd call the average $125, it's going up steadily , and is well linked with more that should be recognized as the engines pick them up.

    Also traffic/click should double or triple in december based on christmas, holidays etc, and prob stay that strong for a few months as well

    Not positive I want to sell but curious as to what something like this might interest you guys for. Not looking for less than 12 months.. If anyone is a SERIOUS cash buyer shoot me a pm and we can talk, i'll give you the full info.
