    How do you send this traffic - will you be posting my url on a website, blog, Facebook page, or Twitter account, and having users click on that? I do not want traffic from a traffic exchange site.

    What does "direct, referral unique visitors" mean - do they at least come from unique ip addresses?

    For an extra price, can all of the visitors come from the USA only?
