Probably you know me, i`m from Romania, my brother have a quail farm ! I try to found somebody who can buy all my eggs( i have around 5k quail eggs per day).I need a email address or something can anyone help me ?
You should look to market your products in Asia, I am from the Philippines and quail eggs are popular here.
For eggs wise, I think it is not advisable, they are not suitable for long distance freight and the cost of such freight may be prohibitive. I would agree with dnk, look local, restaurants, supermarkets etc.
Sell it to all hotels, Restaurant and bakeries or you will open your bakery specially for egg made products
Quail eggs would be great for restaurants but I don't think so in bakery. You will need far too many just to bake a single cake. Just start knocking on the doors of your local restaurants have them try putting it in their menu. I personally love Quail eggs, the yolk is much creamier than chicken eggs.
