Make sure you are using the correct country code relevant to where you are. I personally have been chatting to clients via the number this morning, and have just called it myself to verify it works
+1 = US. I believe it's 0044 for the country code for the UK, and you then omit the first 0, so it would be 00448008620128 Although I may be wrong, I've never had to call our number from outside the UK
