The site was a little slow to load for me. Navigating between "proxified" pages would take 10-20 seconds... something you definitely don't want with a proxy. Design wise it's pretty good. The only thing I'd suggest you do is to create a proper logo. All the best, Liam
Yes, it'd be your server. You should be able to find really cheap shared hosting plans around (Hostgator is one off the top of my head) that have fast servers with fantastic uptime.
Ahh right yeah, that'd be it then. You'll need to find a host that has servers based in where you think the majority of your proxy's traffic will be originating from. US based servers would be good.
BTW .. Hostgator dont accept proxy sites in case your going to get a shared hosting plan or reseller from them also your proxy is pretty good so far , i think it just needs a proper theme/logo
Yep, I agree with the other reviewer..you need a decent logo...another thing, the function of this site should be stated clearly (I mean put it on the top of the homepage)...put a link where surfer can read an instruction how to use this proxy site...for non techie person, it might be hard to understand how proxy site work and how to operate it...
You can try to make a free logo by visiting http://logomaker.com/ If you want a professionally made logo, you may create a thread in this DP forum....I'm sure they got link for that kind of request...anyway, your logo should represent the meaning of your site....
