its not bad, i think you need to spend some more time stylizing your text and your form area to make it look more sleek.
the icons at the bottom for the webstats look cheap and give a bad impression. at the same time it discloses the statistics. when you have a brilliant service of google for this -- analytics.google.com -- then why do you need any other thing?
