QS Of All Of My Keywords Dropped to 1/10 !

    Hi there

I'm pretty new to Adwords and I was struggling to understand how it works. I finally managed to increase my QSs 2-3 days before, and then created lots of campaigns (all email submits) with decent QS scores.

Last night I added one last campaign and went to sleep. Today when I got up I saw that all of my keywords in all campaigns has a QS of 1/10

What does this mean? Did I do something wrong? All the offers I'm running are simple gift cards etc. No illegal or adult content.

What do I have to now? Any chance of returning back?

to have Quality Scores that low throughout is a clear message from google that they don't like what you're doing - to me that suggests it's the offer itself that they don't like and don't really want to run ads for.

    Thanks for the reply.

I've been running email submit offers with this Adwords account for 3 months without any problems (accept high bids and low QS). Then I worked hard and managed to increase QS.

And last night I added another offer and went to bed. Today when I checked my CPA network, I saw that the offer has expired (!), so all of the clicks from my own landing page were directed to the homepage of the network.

This is the only reason I can think of. I'm not doing anything illegal, adult or drugs etc.

    What can I do now?

Shall I move to a new domain and Adwords account?

    thanks

With email submit offers and landing pages that scream just that google don't like and will punish you for. I think they must have introduced some new filters or something as some of my campaigns have been punished also. Do you have a privacy policy and does the landing page look like a site or just a landing page?

    Well,

I was using a highlighted portion in my homepage as a landing page. But then I read that a landing page should only concentrate on the offer and there shouldn't be any distractions (navigation bars, other offers etc) so I re-designed a new landing page to use with offers. Then after 3 days all of my Quality Scores dropped to 1. The funny thing is that, the article that made me change the landing page design was in Google's help.

I contacted Adwords support today. They were very fast and friendly. Reply came in less than 2 hours. They told me that there was no "banning" (altough I still think there is). The reason for 1/10 QS was my "poor" landing page. At this point, I'll read all the documents they've sent and re-design my landing page. Lets see if it works.

Google doesn't allow re-directs: if an offer is switched on you, then you have to make sure your display URL matches the landing page URL. If it changes, it's technically a redirect. I don't think it has to do with the offer itself, as someone else stated. It could just be a very poor landing page setup. The whole reason so many people use PPC is bc they can't rank naturally (either they don't know how or their pages are penalized). you can still drive paid traffic to sites that can't rank, and convert with a good QS. make sure the display and destination domains are the same and see what happens after about a day. also make sure your landing page is relevant.

    thanks for the tip.

However, I use an intermediate landing page on my site as the destination url.
So, the click is not directly "redirected". What has changed is the landing page after the visitors click "go" on my landing page.

I contacted google and they told me that I have an irrelevant and poor landing page. I'm not claiming that I have the best landing page, but it's surely relevant. But it lacks some other aspects. (transperency, honesty etc).
I fill fix those quickly and see what happens. Probably nothing will change.

    regards,
