I don't get it. I was trying to improving my QS and I just can't get to a higher position... I've got keyword in URL... Keyword in title, description, my land page has nothing but repeating keyword content... and I just can't go any further...

I've checked out some of the AD that ranked higher than me... I was wondering is it because they pay more than I do? Because some of them are MFA! (What I don't get is how those people making money if they are bidding for #1-3 position?) Even though they have a 50% CTR, their income are not going to cover their expense???

they probably are bidding higher than you, even if your ads have loads of keywords, money makes the world go round so the highest spot is going to the highest bidder relevance aside.

    Well... that's what I thought...
But does it make sense to pay $1 per click when your keyword income is averaging say about $0.5?

try more specific keywords, they typically have less competition and higher conversion rates

I think there is also an aging factor... after a few weeks i noticed my CPC going down bit by bit each day, even though i didnt change anything.. your quality is also scored on CTR, so that can slowly make your CPC go down also..

There more to the quality score than just using the keyword again and again.

I'd suggest reading all this...including a lot of the additional topics that page links to.
