Depends largely on the letter (e.g. aaaa.info is a whole lot more valuable than kkkk.info) but you should expect low-$xxx as the very minimum.

 

QQQQ is a Nasdaq ticker for PowerShares QQQ ETF. The domain would be suitable for an investment related site. I'd say high $xx to low $xxx undeveloped.

 

if it's said like Intermg, i think qqqq will be worth something, but, if the condition like bryanon said, i will suggest waiting for a longer time.
