Contest qooy.com installation contest [$15]

Hi!
Because I can't find anyone who can completly install qooy.com script on my server I'm starting a contest.
You have to completly install qooy.com script on my server.
In fact I installed this script but 3 mirrors are not working (one od them is important - Rapidshare)
and now (I don't know why) when I upload .htaccess file I got error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I will make a list, and everyone will have 24 hours to install it after that, someone will try until someone will do it.
