    uhh..it looks like a directory... :)

    well it looks very good and very different from other directories i have seen.. though it can use some SEO.
    I can see most of the categories where i usually submit my sites and blogs so i would say that you have nice number of categories too.

    Looks good..But I think, the essential part of a directory is its PR..understandably, yours is still low...Need to improve PR before expecting a lot of submissions..

    But for now, everything looks good.

    I would change the dark grey colors to a light grey... it'll make your color scheme look better.
