Yeah, always refer to Google with vague questions like that.. They are literally a gold mine of information. However, yes they do accept paypal payments.. As far as price goes.. I will generally start a PPC campaign with an ad-spend budget of $50/day, this allows me to get enough traffic (if I target LSi keywords) that I can determine whether a set of keywords is going to be profitable.
