So i buy some hosting from a good webhost online , they get advertised by flippa a lot , as i find out by the research i have been doing about the webhosting company , signed up for the hosting with promo codes and payed with my credit card, now its been 3 hours, i have had 2 emails from them that seem to be auto emails , first one is a receipt the second one about a hour later says your account info will be emailed to you soon, two hours later no email , tryed to contact them by email , no reply , phoned them busy tone. Now if i go to my bank tomorrow will i be able to get my money back? If so what do i say to them?
I would give it some time. Not sure why they're taking longer than expected, but sometimes things happen that delay getting a hosting platform setup. If they have good reviews and you are getting a good deal, it's probably worth the wait.
Have you tried to contact the host. Try to contact them on phone. What is the name of the host so that we can provide some contacts.
Only 3 hours hrs ? and you are want to file a disput ? this is not fair. you need to wait more. sometime hostgator more delay. what is the URL of the hosting company ?
Ok a update i got my info 13 hours later and a support reply from them at the same time, 13 hours to set up a hosting package when there ment to be a big hosting company? is this not kinda fishy to any one? There live support is never online and there phone is always a dial or busy tone.
