what type of site are you wanting to make? I always look at who is doing a similar thing the best and see what type of site they have.

When I tried to search over internet, It landed upto two sites in general One was w3 & useit.com Jakob Nielsen. It is hard to find any good resources - I would love with this POST develops into huge Q&A list & Benchmark Standards List for good website development. Once again thanks for valuable time Roxy
