    Hi,
At the moment I'm working over new blog (wordpress) installation, and because I prefer to keep my root folder more cleaner (got and other stuff there) I want to keep my WP files in another sub-folder. It's pretty easy with the newest version of WP.

My question is - it there any know problems with this kind of installation ? Is it good for automatic WP update ?

    thanks in advance!

As you know you don't need to manually enter Wordpress path in wp-config.php

There is nothing to worry about theivo.

You can install your blog on main website or under sub-folder. Updates to both can be done the same way.
