Have you ever used the competitive ad filer to weed out MFA or low paying click sites? Has it worked?

If you have, what would be your suggestions on how to maximize your revenue using the preview tool and filter?

What sites do you typically block?? Ones with more then 1 ad? blogs?

From a post I made earlier about how I go about it:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=2732135&postcount=8

After a while, you just get a "feel" when visiting the site. I check click values where I can to weed out low payers...also look at their site and almost always they've turned out to be MFA.

I check the content on the site, too. Search for snippets of it in google and see if it's original or just something they've copied. If copied, there's a good chance they copied it just for some content to display their ads...that gets them negative points in my book as far as their quality and usefulness to my visitors.

Yeah unfortunetly adlogger does not tell you what page the click was to.

Is there anyway to find out how much a site is paying for the ad(s) listed?

I make a decent amount from adsense, but believe my earnings could be much higher by using this tool.

It doesn't? Ah, I assumed it did, the script I'm using does (as long as IE7 or Fx is not being used) The only method I know for getting how much a site is paying for a click is by observation...and from what I've found, it varies by a number of factors...time of day, where the visitor is from, even which of your pages the ad was showing on.

You can use http://www.adsblacklist.com/ to check lower paying advertisers. Very good to check low paying ads and filter them later in google.
