Q: how 2 upload a pic 2 w/press 2.7.1

    Can some one help me please tell me how to upload a picture to word press 2.7.1,i am at admin but i can't get to add media or i am suppose to get to add image above the word POST but nothing is there or when i click [toggle full screen mode] take me to Add image,video ,audio but when i click Add image nothing happens.
