Q.Google Search results: Extra results for specific areas of a website

I don't know the correct terminology for it but basically look at the following image, red circled links.



How is this done? I would like my website to also show these pages, at the moment it sometimes has a single page come up like the purple circled link.

It's called Sitelinks but is automated by Google.

I think only strong authority sites get it...
