Q for Joomla expert.. template modification

I need to know if the Rokslide module can be moved to under the header here just below the menu bar, it's currently in the footer. It's on the Dimensions theme.. which has their demo here...

If so how do I do that? I'd appreciate detailed explanation if you know how to do it if it is in fact doable... thanks SO much!
