    can i use my paypal if its unverified (still waiting for the bank verified) for receiving money? and how much i can receive and withdrawal?

    but i've seen this thread, the receiving limit between regular paypal accounts doesn't mention there.

    There is no receiving limit for unverified paypal account.

    Login to your paypal account and see if there is a 'View Limits' listed next to the 'Paypal Account Balance', click on that and it should give you your receiving limits.

    you mean i can receive $10k (just for example) on my unverified account? (but of course the withdrawal limit applies if you withdraw it)

    Here's what I saw on my limit...

    Why is it i have 0 withdrawal limit then?

    Well it depends on country to country , paypal forces to get verified before withdrawing for some countries , so there is nothing you can do except getting verified.
