[Q] Can I Install My Own Windows On a VPS or Dedicated?

    Hey,

    I own a copy of Windows Server 2003 web edition, I want to know if there are any hosting companys out there that will let me install MY own fully paid for server 2003 and just pay them for the VPS.

    I dont see why not tbh.

    Let me know if you know any hosts that do this :)

    We don't allow clients installing own lic. on servers, I don't know of any that do that anymore, the only way I can think of is Colocation, it would cost more for colo than to pay for Win2K3 lic.

    license agreements with Microsoft, they do audits of all lic on our servers.

    But if its a fully legit lic then why not allow them to do it :S
