    First of all you have to build up an HTML for website using Adobe Dreamweaver Software. After that, implement the HTML design to WordPress Platform. As WordPress allows better User Interface than others on both ends (User & Admin). In WP platform you can Add//Delete?Update the content, image or videos by yourself very easily.
    If you don't have enough time to design and develop the website, then You may proceed for www(dot)themeforest(dot)com, in this website there are a number of Themes for different types of website. There are some themes which are free to download and some are paid. You can select any theme of your choice and implement your data accodrdingly to that theme.
