Python- Where to start???

    I have studied PHP. Now I would like to study python. Can anyone point out which is the best place to start.

    Does anyone else find it strange that someone is asking about Python in the PHP forum?

    Any who I would recommend Oreilly's Learning Python book if you prefer a book over a website (I like to highlight / reference). Beyond that check Python.org website :).
