Now he hasn't replied from 3 days, although the project was to be submitted today morning! I am reputed enough on DP to be trusted. I'll give you whole payment after the work is done.

The Work need to be done really quickly now since the other guy wasted my 3 days which is really stupid.

If he is thinking he can get away with this, so he is wrong. I'm gonna file Paypal petition as well as negative reputation to him then he'll realize how important it is not to be scammer on DP. and I would suggest no one else to deal with him anymore.
