Sounds like a good one, I am going to sign up and test it out on one site.

How difficult will this be to maintain once you start building up a large database though?

Well the problem with what you mention is the fact that the link we are provided are static html so we don't have any control over it.

For people cheating, I'm sure there will be an easy way to check their website out to see whether or not the links are there AND not commented. I'm assuming mad4 is using fopen (in php) to read the page html and if it's on the page, then he gets a reward, but as you can see, it can be cheated.

Don't expect a system to be perfect. Expect it to do what it does.

The one thing I don't like about this that that it does zero for traffic. If you could somehow make some sort of value system for the placement of the links and the number of links show, that would truly be awsome.

For example, one person places 30 links on a PR0 "links.html" page and gets 60 links in return. Another man places 5 links sitewide on a PR4 page. Which one has more value? The second man would only get 10 links in return. If you could make the system advanced enough to include higher value/return for sitewide links, higher PR, pages with traffic, and lower outgoing links, I think this would tremendously benefit the system.

    Just some thoughts.

    I have a shit lot of web sites with PR. (2 PR6, 12 PR5, 9 PR4 & 5 PR3 + 10 more on the way).

I have coop on 2 of my sites and it gives me 18K weight. Many of my sites has thousands or hundreds of pages.

I didn't like coop for that fact that the links are not permanent and I was planning to join LinkVault.

But now I see this ....

Is there an SEO pro who could give a good review of this program? How does the links look like?

If I place 5 links on all my pages and on all my subpages (let's say 100K pages) would that mean that you would then own me 500.000 links and with higher PR ???? Basically I would link to all the DP members :D hehe

And I am currently building links for a site that has 600K pages in Google ...

Yes, but you would have to add the links to each of your pages manually. This sin't a PHP include - it is html

It doesn't actually do zero for traffic. More inbound links - even if they're not related - help make your site rise in the SERPs. Better SERPs, PageRank etc. help increase your traffic.

I agree with Jim. After being quite skeptical of the scheme I had a rethink and tried it out on an abandoned site of mine with very few hits per day. Now I'm finding a significant rise in traffic which has surprised me a bit. I'm not 100% sold on it but it does look useful.

The funny thing is that I don't even have AdSense on this particular site because I wasn't going to bother with it. I might have to rethink this...

    Something to be corrected:

There has to be 2 categories.

One of the site to place the links and one where the future links will go to.

If I place 10 links on a finance site and I want the future links to go on a sports site, what do I select? Please fix that.

    Hey MAd4,

My campaign says retry validation. Once I go to my campaign screen, it says you should be showing these 5 links... Then it is displaying 15 links.

    My user name is jkjazz

    Thanks

    Hi everyone,

I was unwell for a couple of days over the weekend so am running behind on answering support emails and also answering your questions on this thread.

All your suggestions will be sorted over the next 24 hours.

Jim - good to see you like the idea. I will create both 'incoming' and 'outgoing' categories to sort this. A temporary 'fix' is to create your campaign in the finance category and add the finance links to your site. Then edit the campaign and change the category to 'sports' instead.

Once I get to my home PC I will let you all know the latest stats but we are on target to reach 1000 valid and live campaigns within the first month of the site being launched.

Has this run out of steam already? I added five links 24 hours ago, still showing 10 links owed. Maybe I'm being impatient, but this will need a rapid inflow of new users to keep going for long.
