some FAQ:

why is the ownership of the domain not verified?
I just registered the domain on 20th October when the new rules for .si domains (2chars and IDN) were accepted. So I didn't even set the DNS entry for the domain. You can check the whois entry here: http://www.register.si/whois.html?no...1&domena=px.si

Do .si domains have to be registered at a special registrar or can it be moved to godaddy ?
Godaddy isn't an accredited .si registrar, so the transfer should be done with one of the accredited registrars: http://www.register.si/seznam-registrarjev.html there are close to 100 of them.
I use Hitrost.com which is one of three Slovenian registrars who are also accredited for .eu domains. They would easily process your individual requests for change of ownership with my approval, and afterwords you can send a request for changing DNS settings by email (for now they don't have an English user interface).

is your $1000 BIN the lowest you'll go for the domain ?
I will sell the domain for any bid higher than the reserved price.
