Putting PHPproxy onto a template.

I have the PHP proxy script, and a html template.....how would I put the proxy onto the template???

I toyed with using Iframes, but that just wouldn't look good

Is there a way to just put it on with PHP?

I have a HTML page. I also have the PHPproxy folder/files.

I want to include the PHPproxy onto the template.
