Putting keywords in the meta fields

    Is that considered against the TOS? For example; if i put some finance releated keywords in the meta, in hopes of adsense showing finance ads.. even though my site has nothing to do with finance..

    It almost definitely is...you're trying to unnaturally affect the AdSense displays.

    Why would you want to target ads about finance when your site has nothing to do with finance? Only to get a high paying keyword?

    Even if you did get those ads to display on your website, you probably wouldn't get anyone clicking on those ads because they are irrelevant to people visiting your website.
