Strictly SEO wise, I don't think it matters too much. However, for usability/readability commas are preferred.

My typical setup is Keyword 1, Keyword 2 & Keyword 3 | Company Name

Its a tip for you don't use this "red, fence, red fence?

only use at once "red, fence" because if you use mentioned at at first line or current line, both keywords density is same, so need to put up too much same keywords only use once.............

    Hi Friends,

I totally with the point raised by Jitendraag that google does not support the keywords in the ranking factor. So, if you putting in meta title then Keyword1, keyword2 and your company name use.

Yes, it's quite common, I also use this formation. It depends on your KWDs though. If they are too long, it's better to use only 1 or 2 of them. Try to keep the titles shorter than 70 symbols.

For meta keywords I seperate every word with a comma. Try not to worry about it too much though as the ranking value of it is either incredibly small or nonexistant.

I would go for "Keyword1, Keyword2". Don't stuff too much keywords.
