hey guys i have like come across hundreds of sites that put ads from a long long time and they are not even getting banned from google even after putting google ads on their sites for example check this www.indian-hackers.net .According to the google terms and conditions these kind of ads are not supposed to be on sites like these right? How come they are not banned till now?

oooh that's a nice site! I might have to use it some time. ;)

In answer to your question, they probably said their site is in "security" for adsense and also there is a disclaimer stating that all the info provided is for educational purposes only.
I don't imagine adult sites would get away with it though ("This porn is just sex education").

    Hope that answers your question.

    I'm glad :D
Also, the site has a friendly look to it, unlike the typical green text/black background of lots of hacker sites!

P.S. Green rep would really be appreciated as I need a lot to get back to green status!

    Nice site!
I reckon if you put a small disclaimer at the top saying the forum is for educational and news purposes only and put your site in a computers/security category with adsense you'll be fine.
If you're not accepted for some reason, try the cpm networks like valueclick.com

hmmm well if your site is rejected by adsense, they won't close your account with another site.
However if you get fraudalent clicks on your site because lots of newbies want to "support you" a bit too enthusiastically, then don't risk it.

If mature, informed people use your forums, I don't see much risk...
