    Hello,

Is it recommended to put external rss feeds on your site so that you automated the proces of posting or is this bad for google?
Because you have always duplicate content, no?

Duplicate content is a no-no in the eyes of Google's algorithm; hence the phrase "content is king". You want to produce your own, quality unique content to get the best chance of increasing organic ranking. In fact, the latest update to algorithm (Google Panda Update) was designed to combat sites that just reproduced content from RSS feeds and content scrappers.

What's the lesson from this..... create your own unique, relevant content to your primary, secondary and supplemental keywords.
